You have to download the entire stock firmware for SM-G7102, then you'll need a PC laptop to use Odin and flash the firmware. After that, you will have to erase all your data and then device status will show Official in settings and you will be able to take OTAs.

Before doing anything , make sure that the above mentioned model is actually your phone's model number by going into Odin mode by pressing volume down + home button + power button at the same time , just for the safe side

They have cracked the screen. Some areas are not responding to the touch. <br />
Should I go for screen and bezel change? What would be the cost? And its availability in pindi market?

Since Nexus 7 was a rare device here, shopkeepers will overcharge you for parts.
Not worth spending on such an old device.

I am using it, not worth it. Banana phone.. Best get used G4 dual H818P, far better than G Flex 2. Just makes sure that G4 has serial number not starting with 505-509 and you will be good.

My cousin has recommened me this phone. Is this phone good or is there a better phone in the same price bracket?

P9 is very good phone overall. You can get it in ~49000/-.

There is always many other options if you are willing to get used phones.

You can get Note 5, iPhone 6s, S6, S7 etc.

But this P9 camera Professional mode is super easy to use, easier to use than its competitors. In pro mode, its has better manual controls than S7.

P.s, ^ If some Galaxy fanboy doubts what i say, they can get camera controls thing checked from a photographer.

Someone brought it from abroad, but i returned them, so not for sale. It was 3GB RAM red color. You can get G flex 2 in ~ 20 easily, but getting another model is better. Its not very successful model. You never know previous owner (maybe some crazy YouTuber) may have over-flexed it causing internal damage.

Using Phone

Keep G4 for a while and then shift to latest upcoming Note. Latest Note will be much improved version of S7 combined with s pen (productivity), so you will get everything in one package.

Note 4 is obsolete model now. It has s pen, otherwise G4 is much better overall and newer model with exceptional camera for its very reasonable price. If you sell it, you will miss its camera alot.

White skins are available for G4, so i think you should use that.
