Then you are in good luck.

Once blocked, it cannot be unlocked especially with blacklisted imei.

You can do FIR stuff, and it might help to trace, but it's Pakistan. Here serial killers roam freely, so that's just phone snatcher.

iOS 11 is also another disaster, full of bugs and instability issues. Half baked.

Even latest updates of MIUI9 or EMUI 5 from affordable brands like Xiaomi and Huawei are far more stable than iOS 11 in my honest experience.

The Mate 10 Lite is by far the second best phone in 30k range!

The Xiaomi Mi A1 outpaces it in terms of graphics and architecture (14nm vs. 16nm) but otherwise, it's quite comparable.

Besides, with M10L; you get an exotic 2:1 aspect ratio that draws attention everywhere! Not only that, but this aspect ratio is also great for viewing web pages and social feeds etc. And overall; it looks WAY MORE premium than Mi A1 with metallic uni-body and 4 cameras!

Speaking of cameras, Xiaomi has f/2,2 aperture while The M10L has an f/1.9 so the result will be better on Huawei.

Another option is Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) with beautiful AMOLED display, metallic unibody and an f/1.7 13MP shooter but it just doesn't have enough RAM and pixels!

I was talking about battery replacement. Xiaomi service centres are even more expensive than Huawei. Huawei still charges reasonable compared to others.

For saving money, service centres are no go to begin with, like car stealerships.

Ask them to connect lcd panel temporarily and within a minute, you will know. Multimeter, or they have machine for board testing. Get it checked through it. Do you have multimeter or clamp meter at home? You can check board yourself too. There are many easy YouTube demos for it. It's easy i can assure you
