Let's hope they launch it at its predecessor's sub 25k price tag with Android 10 on board and keep the Snapdragon hardware because let's face it; it's the star of the show. Really wish they add a telephoto lens, instead of that rather gimmicky 'depth sensor', but that's probably not going to happen.
Speaking of gimmicks, I think the ultra high resolution cameras (28MP and up) we are seeing on more and more smartphones nowadays are gimmicks as well. Expert photographers BELIEVE that one doesn't need more than 3.2 megapixel resolution to get quality photographs and it makes sense.
Full HD a.k.a 1920 x 1080p resolution equates to just 2.07 megapixels (1920 x 1080 = 2,073,600) and yet it looks absolutely beautiful on my 22" monitor with no pixelation in sight, unless I REALLY flinch at the display, although granted my eyes aren't as good they used to be!
Even Quad HD a.k.a 2560 x 1440p equates to just 3.68 megapixels (2560 x 1440 = 3,686,400) and I consider it an overkill on anything smaller than 32".
Thought you all should know about this as the year 2020 will be all about increasing pixel count on smartphone cameras. Xiaomi already has a 108MP sensor in the works, and that's just the beginning of this nonsense!
