Found the following price list in the old archives of now defunct FunMaza.com:
Multiply the price by 2.58 to adjust them for inflation as per USD. Whereas you'll have to multiply it by 3.25 to adjust for inflation as per CPI (Consumer Price Index), which should be more accurate, considering the recent influx of taxes and import duty on cell phones.
I'll use the Nokia 3220 as an example. I used to have one back in high school days:
Nokia 3220: Rs.10,200 in 2005.
As per USD: Rs.26,316 in 2020.
As per CPI: Rs.33,150 in 2020.
