Yes we did. If i remember correctly somebody in the family said that telenor sim worked in it when they were trying different sims in it. But i have not tried telenor in it myself. Could it be carrier locked on telenor internationally? But why was the local jazz sim working in it before pta approval?

Maybe some bug in the way Jazz is connected to DIRBS system

You should try other network sims in it just to be sure, if the issue is with all networks.

Did u register it urself by dialing *8484# or through DIRBS portal or u paid to some shopkeeper for registration? Did u bought it new or used from foreign country?

Thanks for helping. We paid a shopkeeper to do it and he used dirbs i think. He sent us all the sms and payment sms as well. Also when we check online on pta website. Both imei no.s show up as approved. Phone was bought new.

I faced the similar issue. But all other sims worked for me except “Jazz”. Report on PTA online complaint form. You can pm me your number so we can discuss on WhatsApp.

My physical sim started working after two weeks.

PS: iPhone X have single sim. It must be iPhone Xs which have physical and eSIM.

Yes its an iphone xs max. Can you plz write down the details here on what you did to resolve the issue? Phone was approved in mid January but still physical sim does not work.

Visit Jazz business centre and raise the issue. There is online complaint form on PTA website. Launch your complain there.

Try other sims aswell.

Loose plugs or bad cables cause this sometimes.

You can try some wifi direct transfer app like shareit.
