Yeah, I know I'm getting old.

Recently, I stumbled across a post where a kid was talking about Transformers - a film released in 2007 - and how much he enjoyed it as a kid in the so called 'good ol' days'.

And I was like: STFU you kiddie, I was 17 when that film came out!

Oh well.

Anyhoo... I recently bought a new phone and just thought it'd be appropriate to go back and visit PakWheels. But sadly, everyone's gone.

I guess I should follow suit!

But for what it's worth, I'll forever remember the times I've had with users such as @S15 (smartphone guru), @hash4u, @crossfirex, @ryu.iori (< love this guy, no h0m0), @capsat, @tintin1, @autophile. As well as @hidalgo, @user-xxx (a.k.a Arnie) and @icecold (to name a few) over at the motorcycling section.

Well, I learnt a lot from YouTube so it has its uses! And I guess I can also live with... Facebook (ugh). I won't be happy about it, of course, but it'd be doable.

It's the likes of TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, Discord etc. which I despise with a passion.

But…. I must say that this thing is a non productive addiction even my family is fed up of my addiction to smartphones
I must say that there are better Places to invest ur time and money to get better rewards in this world and hereafter
The biggest loss all these digital things are causing is of hereafter there are many many things we are doing watching listening on this electronic media that will cause u heavy payback on the day of resurrection as well as in this world.
Despite myself being affected I will still urge everyone to have this realization in their hearts that what is wrong is wrong

I kind of moved away from smartphones, computers, gaming etc. when I got married a few years ago. My life just switched gears and I lost touch with my older self.

Nowadays, I probably know more about baby diapers than smartphones and graphics cards!

In any case, who are you rooting for, politically? I mean, sure it's way out of the scope of this thread - if not the forum - but it's just us old farts here (no offense), hanging out and having an adult conversation!

FYI, I used to be all about Imran Khan back in the days. But now... meh. I think he's doing way more harm than good with his conspiracy theories and flamboyant rhetoric against our armed forces.

Although I'm by no means 'toxic'... or even a fanboy! I didn't even cast a vote, as I was just too lazy to go out!

P.S I always wondered about your username, BTW. Did you actually run a quad crossfire/SLI in the past? There was a time when I wanted to add another GPU with my 8600GT but:

1. Didn't have an SLI compatible motherboard.
2. Didn't know much about multi-GPU setups in general.
3. It just wasn't worth it. At most, I'd be looking at a 9600GT, which wasn't exactly a powerhouse either. All in all, that would've been one sad SLI!

So I ended up getting a GT440, thinking it'd at least be comparable to an 8800GT. Boy was I wrong! Later, I replaced it with a 750Ti bought from AliExpress and the performance jump was simply mindboggling.

Wanted to replace it with a 1650 Super before the pandemic but... life happened.

I believe changing diapers is a no mans land.
I help my wife with most chores - washing dishes, cleaning and drying clothes, cleaning floor, and even cooking. But this is where I draw the line.

well i truly believe that a baby is far more easier to handle as compared to a toddler or a kid!

Specially a 4-5 years old boy, everyone of them have a 2 faced keera in them, one face says to move ahead while other urging to go back, they can do things which u cannot imagine in ur wildest imaginations, and when they are sitting idle, the two hands are destroying something which u have kepts safe for 10 years or more, and that too very silently without anyone noticing. They eat anything and everything, especially the things which are forbidden and not suitable, then they come to you with tummy ache and runny nose. i can go on and on...

and a baby is so cute, goo goo ga ga, feeding time, and then nap time, they stay where u keep them! atleast
