if you need for internet browsing then i would say if depends on the preferences many people are really satisfied with the iphone browser despite having flash support 
and on symbian browser too so it all about usage the more u use the more you get used to the features of browser
so wheather it is Samsung Galaxy S or Desire or bla bla uni body clown it depends on practice
Samsung galaxy S browser is also good
Iphone annoys in video thing jahan pe just mp4 tak aap ja sakte ho i think there is some app for that too in which you can use upto 1080p videos
dont go for givey sim thingy go for normal software unlock iphone 4 if you want
pHONE DOG has given = SGS cell of the year
Pocket Now has given more ratings to = SGS than others
GSMarena ranking shows = SGS power
WP7 is a piece of crap till now agay ka pata nahi aur fiker nahi ager agay wp7 achay hojate hain tu hum bhi le lenge 
but i love Samsung focus and Omnia 7 cuz of super amoleds

2) Iphone 4 ager milta hai tu
3) Nexus S
4) Htc desire ( but keep one thing in your mind battery sucks big time and camera too cameray ka result esa hota hai jaise upper purple sharbat dala ho kisi ne )
