except u r a heavy mobile gamer then 4s otherwise non of above ....in htc go for one S ..in samsung note or sgsII ...

If you are on gaming side then iPhone 4S and One X with Tegra are brilliant. If you want performance then nothing's better than One X currently in the market.

sorry i didn't understand what did you mean ?

what i meant is if u like to play graphical extensive games on mobile then iphone4s would be wiser choice as it's fast and ios has better games database than android uptill now...other than that i found no differnece between normal day to day performance between iphone 4 and 4s both are same only video rec. is better on 4s due to builtin stabilization....but small screen is a letdown ...Xperia S is new but with old hardware ...One x with quad core sounds good but its an old cortex architecture and its not better/faster then latest s4 krait dual core processor found in one S .....and there's is one limitation in all above sets ....they all hv fixed memory no sd card slot and todays HD contents or games takes lot's of space ....
