yes it can be replaced!!! Buy chinese LCD will cost you around 6-8k depending upon size of the screen

Karachi GALAXY NOTE prices :

46k New set without warranty (BLACK)
47K new set without warranty (WHITE)

With warranty TELE TEC 56K Rupees

and HTC one x 50k New set obv without warranty

are these rates fine or highly priced ??

There is an app in AppWorld but its just a web shortcut. You'll definetely need BIS account.
For Java apps,well its a 50-50 shot. N i dont want to mess up with more BB devices cuz this Playbook had driven me crazy in software installation. Let me know if you want further help.

I want to buy Note .. and my budget is also max 42k at present ...but this note is a used one , no problems scratchless dotless 10/10 cond but no warranty so thts y m a bit confused ... what will u suggest ??

Bro i got it for 41k brand new. N just check slider mechanism,loudspeaker,camera,physical keyboard and trackpad. Touchscreen should work fine. N dont forget to hold the phone with tight grip to check if its making squeeks and rattles. Nah bro it cant be happen,cuz batteries usually have BlackBerry labels on them. You can change Nokia phone's batteries but i dont think the same could be done with BlackBerry but who knows.
