Thanx all for your suggestions but i bought note 2 the same day i posted this reply
now the thing is that it was impossible for me to increase my budget. S4 will launch 65+ that's for sure and dont know the exact date. second point was that 1080p sounds cool but u cant feel the difference that much Z n One was out of selection. Z due to its screen problems n faded colors n one would also cost like 65+ for some months.
now the thing is m loving it my note 2 ALHAMDULILAH carrying it wasn't a problem for me n 5.5 inches screen attracted me a lot from day 1 on next touch wiz update s4's mostly function will be available on note 2 plus S-pen is something which s4 will miss always

don't think like m defending my purchase i am just sharing my views i had before even buying cell. i might switch to note 3 now waiting for it wasn't possible coz note 3 launch date isn't even confirmed so 6 months are obvious for it to come here and I've spent my last 4 years in wait to get some money for a cool phone got so many options to buy cells but I've got a keera to try the best thing and this thing lead me to wait this much long

i agree. but i had a galaxy nexus running on 4.2.2. so for me, its almost the same phone! yes, performance is much better, but it still feels alot like the galaxy nexus. the software is exactly the same.

I personally don't have much experience of smart phones. had been using iphone3s 16gb jail brake since its launch which is working fine till to date just want to upgrade with a newer and better set in range of around 40k..
BTW how much my 3s could fetch

If you are switching from Iphone then Nexus would be great for you as it will give you frequent update Camera is not as good as S3, go through Youtube Review before this big discussion

Since u want s3 or nexus then i would say s3 has more clear results then nexus but nexus has better colours and takes macro shots really nice,still i would say s3 has better camera.

Be aware that nexus is pure google phone and expect no apps etc from a brand new phone or any app support.

In looks nexus looks really better then s3 but not every one likes google phones so check both of them before buying

I would love to buy a phone with our camera if it's cheaper then the original version, as I don't use mobile camera much. Htc one s takes great picture too. I haven't compared side by side both of them but one x result looks grainy too me.

I have short listed but not limited myself to s3 or nexus. the limitation is only my budget which is around 40k and I am looking for a good piece in this price range which I could use for extended period of time and definitely no regret after purchase therefore looking for expert advice.

so far I got recommendation for nexus 4 based on price and spec as someone said value of money.

I have about 02 more days to finalize and am open for valuable recommendations/ advises from you all.
