Exactly same goes with Maemo(N900) and webos(HP touch pad), that's why nokia continue the same design in there WP flagship phones.

The only charm is button less interference there is no button on phones or on screen. Jolla is making phones with Meego OS so wait for it as they will be worth buying as compared to N9.

Hotspot sheild not even available on Wp8 forget about other OS :P.

So means MeeGo is taking birth again . I've read few articles about N9 and they say it's the best engineered phone ever made . Moreso it can double boot in to Android . There must be some custom ROM for it . Still not decided but i might give it a try

Brand new is for 20k on some stores, N9 has even weak GPU then Galaxy S1 so you can imagine how will it handle Android OS, but enough ram is there if a stable OS is available. I haven't read any where that its the best Engineered phone ever made :P. I think you should wait and go for Lumua 1020 or Lumia 925. 1020 would be the best phone of the year engineering wise.

Brand new is for 20k on some stores, N9 has even weak GPU then Galaxy S1 so you can imagine how will it handle Android OS, but enough ram is there if a stable OS is available. I haven't read any where that its the best Engineered phone ever made :P. I think you should wait and go for Lumua 1020 or Lumia 925. 1020 would be the best phone of the year engineering wise.

• Bought a Sky Vega Racer 2 (A830l) a month back. Everything else is good but there's some issue with coverage of the mobile. Whenever I insert some USIM (Sim Card) it shows, ''No Service/Emergency Calls Only''. Got an International software done on it but still it didn't help out. Some suggested to get its baseband rom flashed but as I'm just a beginner and a kid so don't know how to do that. Googled a lot but still couldn't find any solution. Went to Singapore plaza (Saddar, Rawalpindi) and asked number of the shop keepers but they couldn't help me out. Actually, I've already heard that there's some solution so that's why asking all the experts to help me out. I don't think so that there'd be some problem with hardware. Really getting frustrated as I'm not able to make a call, neither able to text someone. Help, please? Anyone?

Have you tried any other sim other then Ufone ??

@hasooboy, I actually tried all the SIMS including Ufone, Jazz, Warid and Telenor. As the matter of fact, Telenor works but it just drops signal coverage after every single minute. It annoys a lot. And, I guess that there's an issue with this cell phone but unfortunately I'm not able to find out any solution. I just found one but I couldn't get that. i would say go to Pakgamers dot com and make a thread there, as there are many Vega users or on Pakwheels you can check the thread named Invasion of Korean sets in Pakistan market. May be some one their can help who have the same model as yours.

Yup... Meego was a beautiful OS and a very fluid one. Nokia made a mistake not going forward with it. I used it in hafeez centre for half and hour and was amazed at the beauty of the interface. Sad to see such effort go down the drain.

As for booting multiple OS, nothing beats N900

It is the consumers who establish the market and at the present times when n9 came android was on peak and very much better in terms of pricing and value for money.N9 got failure because of its huge pricing,i had N9 for a month and did upgrade the OS for bugs and stability issues but useless to continue as S2 and 4s had captured the whole market so they had to announce the windows phone series.
