As you don't want an iPhone, you can get a Xperia sp new for 24k, it's an outclass phone has defeated galaxy s3 several times in benchmark results, but the only problem is the software support, I guess it won't get any other update after kitkat or it won't even get kitkat, yup moto g is also a good phone with the best software support, but the problem is with the camera, it sucks!
you can get an used Nexus 4 around 24k, galaxy s3 around 22k and xperia z around 24-26k depending on the condition!

Just want to say, buy a used device from a guy or a shop whom you trust, or else I'm damn sure the phone would be either repaired or already has a fault!
I've been in these types of situation several times as I usually change phone almost every month
Then I found a guy who really is a nice person, before even selling he tells me either phone is opened or repaired!
And S3 won't get any major update after kitkat, so it's not worth buying and already is an old phone, xperia sp or moto g or a used Nexus 4 would be a good choice over s3!
If you want, you can also buy an iPhone, it's the best!
A factory unlocked iPhone 4s in excellent condition sealed won't cost you more than 25k!

LG phones are nice. I have used G and g pro. Both were awesome but try buying an American variant.

If you can, then buy Nexus 4 with your eyes closed! but have heard it's camera is worst although it's 8mp!

I went to hall road as well... Their reply was... SIR AP PHONE CHOR JAYEN... JAB KOI DEAD Z1 ayega ham uski strip apke phone me laga denge....

And we all know leaving a phone to hall road people is sheer stupidity

anyhow. I was left with no other choice than ebay....
ordered flex strip and back glass cover but in addition, i also ordered MIRROR SCREEN PROTECTOR..... It was unique n awesome hence i ordered it...

for those who dont know what it is, it is actually a screen protector which is just like a reflecting mirror until your screen glows... It becomes transparent when screen is active...

Im using lg g2 and its awesome...its my second lg phone after lg shine and im really satisfied with it...but sadly its out of ur range...u can get nexus 4 or lg optimus g
