Well i am inclined more towards tab 4 because its 8", but yes if i can get good price from nexus 7 i might go for that. Can you suggest me some shops?
Also it lacks expandable SD card memory

Tab 4 8" is for 30K at Mega.pk and 28K at hamariweb.com

Buy Nexus 7 (2) 16GB model. 16GB would be more than enough. More over It has OTG feature!
It means that you can attach a USB with It provided you have that specific wire.

So be it, if pocket allows ill go for 32GB otherwise 16gb will do just as fine. Only drawback will be 1" smaller screen but then pixel density will be high as compared to tab4. Also she doesn't like galaxy anyway

The one's which we are talking about don't support Sims.
But their variants do, like this one:

You see that the tab is same except for the Sim functionality but It's 10K expensive!
Asus Fonepad 7" is a tab which has Sim functionality and is for 20K, but It can't be compared to Nexus 7.

It has lesser specs when compared to Nexus 7".
The Nexus 7" is still better without Sim Functionality!
How would you feel putting a 7" tab on your ears? :P
