Check message settings. 1 sms = 160 characters. Sms to mms conversion is after 480 characters (3 sms) usually.

I had the quadcore cpu and snapdragon 600 chipset one, its i9505, better battery life than i9500.

Benchmarks show slightly better performance in i9500 due to octa core processor.

For healthy battery, Install 'battery temperature guard' app and do not let it go above 40-45C.

Well not slightly better the i9500 Beats i9505 easily and also in gaming its better.
Camera in i9500 is better.
Sound in i9500 is better.

But there is no 4G in i9500 and also its few hours short in battery life

You are right.

I9500 (octa core) has two quad cores actually ( A & B ), A 1.2 Ghz and B 1.6 Ghz. But both A and B does not work simultaneously.

I9505 has 1.9 Ghz quad core, but still I9500 score better, but not too much better.

Get english rom installed. 80 character Sms problem and korean language /apps etc will vanish off

Most benchmarks average difference between these two is around 10%..

Even if it is fast, there is no support available from developer community. So in the long run, I9505 is a better choice if you want to enjoy future upgrades.
So basically if you are happy with TouchWiz and don't want to use 4G then I9500 is a better choice.
