CG-125 Euro II 2013 Problem in Murree

No I haven't visited Murree again.... Maybe sometime in the next couple of weeks I might go there again just to check if it happens again but I am sure it will happen again as it has happened two out of two times... Just as a side note I have taken my GS-150 to Murree, Ayubia and Neelum valley (at 10,000+ feet) above sea level and it performed brilliantly but I am not too sure about my CG-125 and specially this Euro 2 model.

Feul rich ker k bike chalani perti hai secondly air filter ka aik layer foam ya completly foam utarny say bike khul ker saans leti hai ... its the solution... air pressure is low there so needs more easy way to breath so removing foam really helps (I onbly got these advices have to put them on test next tour inshAllah!)

Please do update your findings after your next tour.... Waise yeh foam utarne ke liye filter nikalna asaan kaam hota hai? What tools do we need to get the filter out? I have never ever done any cher chaar with my bike. Whenever I go to Honda Center for tuning of my bike I never pay any attention to what they are doing :(...

Change the stock plug. Get a good quality NGK Simple or Platinum one.

Why is that necessary , I think i asked it before should i change the stock plug or not but i was advised not to change it by you or vicky i think.

For me the stock plug was crappy my bike never got stable fuel burning until i changed it. Try it Platinum plug will make some difference.

yea, if your plug is giving you right average and bike is performing well and color of plug is also correct then why bother... but if it is not... then you sure need to replace it.

I notice each an every step the do while touching my bike and cross reference it to what people right on international forums to see what they done and what should have been done it makes me learn about my bike more and more ...

for removing faom only a screw driver is needed.

my bike did the same thing once ... mechanic ne kaha k is main aik dafa 500 ka high octane dalwa k chalayen ... never had the problem since ... or ab hr tuning k bad main kamzkam aik dafa zaroor bike ko hi-octane pe chalata hn ...

And overall pick and performance is just pathetic.

How to clean the fuel tank? And after how long should we change the air filter?

Imran yar aesy tu na kaho balky ap mujhe batao kio ker rahi ho you have much more knowledge in this regard sir gee ... is the carb properly tuned or is the plug color comming out corrrect ?

After Jumma Prayer took my bike for a long run but again was facing same issue so came back home and disassembled the fuel tank to inspect the wires and coil. There was little dust so cleaned it with the help of brush a terminals with sand paper

And when loosen screw for making the carburetor empty then many rust and dust particles emerged out..

I took out all the fuel from tank then opened the fuel cork so, there was alot of rust and dust particles which was sticking to the net of fuel cork filter.

Plug seems fine, color is light brown..

Fuel tank was full with rust particles inside, will give it mechanic tomorrow to clean it properly.
A new spare fuel tank was lying in junkyard so cleaned and installed for a time being.

Now bike is working fine clocked 60kms in 3rd gear and no issue AlhamdoLILLAH.

Changed the plug cap. On the previous one there were lot of carbon deposits.

Rich carbon deposits inside plug cap is also a reason of misfire.
