Cg 125 gear problem

Salam to all my fellow members .
I bought a brand new cg 125 about 4-5 months ago.well its a pleasure to drive .Awesome pick and speed , acceleration.
I have been able to complete about 400kms on the bike . I changed the oil at 194kms exact with kixx ultra 4t 20w50 semi synthetic.
The bike initially showed gud response but the later on many problems arose. From very beginning when I bought the bike , its gear showed a problem .
When I drove and wanted to shift to second gear then a force is required and again at changing to third and fourth gear.
But this happened when the rpm was kept at 3500 for shift of gear.
When I rode the bike at 4500 rpm -5000 then not faced this problem.
When o down shift the gear at the speed breaker from 3 to 1st gear then it didn't shift .when I leave the clutch then a khattak sound comes and gear changes to which is required.
Really angry with this issue .
Now decided to change oil and tuning . Plz guide me towards the solution of this issue and best oil other than liquimoly and kixx.
Best tuning center for bike in rwp.

Aren't you suppose to use mineral oil only during break in period. All CG 125 engines revs at high speed the oil is critical as it lubricates engine and clutch. See an authorized service center. If the problem doesn't go away claim warranty.

Yes but the problem persisted in the initial 200kms with genuine AHL oil

It is just an engine oil issue nothing else Use some good quality oil like zic INSHA ALLAH your problem will be solved AHL oil is not its up to mark

Ahl oil was used upto 194kms to be exact . Then I changed my oil to kixx ultra 4t and initially response was superb , I was like ke bike ko kiya hoa hai. Then after 50kms of oil use this issue continues with ahl oil and kixx as well , I have done 434kms today and thinkng about havoline 20-50w as its hot nowadays . Or shell advance AX3 from their authorized pump. Any suggestions plz respected members I took into your advice while changing oil by going through the forums . Didn't opt for liquimoly as its expensive and not easily available.

Havoline 20w50 is not motorcycle oil Havoline 20w40 4t is oil made for bikes always use 4t oil
Aur mary experience k mutabaq ya gear shifting by the time thek ho jay gi anyways kixx and Zic dono ma sa koe oil use karo

Whenever i go to lahore. I buy liquimoly. Now its 800 rs for 1 liter 20w-50.

And its my 8th time using liquimoly consecutively. Very much satisfied. I'd give 5-star rating anytime of the day. Performance of my bike is awesome. Acceleration was admired by the mechanic.

Never have i felt any heat issues or over heating.

I am currently using kixx oil from 200km onwards uptil now at 434kms but when I poured it then it seemed so much thick that my father said this oil will be very good . But contrary in winters it gave good performance but later on nowadays after a drive of 3 km I feel heat on feet from engine . I guess its in breakin so its an essential process of engine parts having friction.

I am completing the bike breakin process by keeping rpm between 4-5 . I took the bike to 70 once after oil change and then three times to 60 kph but mostly 20-40 speed with variation. Is it correct method as I drive. The bike only 4 km a day or 2 km to be exact

Use ahl. These bikes are meant for it. These aren't any advanced bikes which need or deserve better oil. Ahl oil is the best for 125!

Guys I have driven the bike at a little bit higher speed of 50kph and know this gear issue is reduced for 1st and 2nd gear , third one still has this issue but has reduced minutely . This happened when I changed bike idle speed from 1700 rpm to 1000rpm . And also driving a little fast . My father says that 125 gear cant be like cd70 anytime any gear. It has certain precision for changing gear. Bike is at 457kms odo and have brought havoline oil for change. This is a second oil change . 1st one at 200km and now at 460km and then will go for third oil change at 800/1000km with tuning and tappet adjustment. After 1000km shall shift to liquimoly.
