I dont think it is a very big problem did you discussed it with mechnic ? Is you bike still under warranty ?
If its under warranty you can lodge a claim for replacment.
CG125 rear shocks are always hard have to bear them but not that hard that you dont feel them working stand by your bike side place your hands on seat and push it down if the rear shocks work and get pressed they are fine you only have to get used to its its CG right 
not a Deluxe now for the front shock try pushing then down with front brake applied if it works then they are fine if they dont the lodge a complain and claim the shocks..
If your bike is not under warranty, then you need to bleed the shocks oil from front a little and check it where they start working again some time high presure builds up inside the shocks and have to be bleeded.
For rear shock I am afraid if not under warranty you will have to replace them in any case or replace with soft springs atleast.
