both bikes are good I have used both and now a days I'm owner of CB125 F - SE from last year. The choice depends on your requirement and usage. CB125F is not good to be driven in rushy bazars and narrow streets nor you can hyper maneuver it like CG on turns/cuts. Also, if you'll do one wheeling on cb then you'll end up with leaked shocks.
CB125F is a perfect companion for decent rides "power kay tashan" awesome pick and long drive is a pleasure also. Its heavier than deluxe in weight and if it slips (then hard to control it as its weight with full tank is too much to bear when slipped) then you must have already installed a solid safeguard for legs safety as well as that of bike tank. Overall I am enjoying its ride, quality ride. It has alloys that are more suitable for paved roads rather than off roading and rough tracks CG spokes rim are more suitable.
Thus my conclusion is both bikes are good. The choice depends on the purpose of the bike.
