I've driven it for around 3k kilometers and I'm surprised by the quality, fit and finish. It is in no way less than other manufacturers in Pakistan. I'm very happy with the purchase. All of the parts are imported at the moment, not good for our economy, but good for the car quality.
As for value for money, none of the cars are value for money at the moment. It's the sad reality. When I made the decision, Lumiere costed 2.6M. It made sense back then.
I like the kick of transmission as well, so CVT wasn't my first choice. If you can live with Yaris' shape, that might be a good option as well.
