Changan Dealer denying car inspection

I was called by Yazdani Changan dealers Karachi to receive my oshan x7 changan car and I told their manager operations that I will do a pakwheels inspection before receiving car but he said that this inspection inside dealer premises is not allowed by Master Changan motors and it is also not legal. He said to get it done in your premises. Then I asked him ok if I get it done at your premises and some fault occurs that will you take responsibility of it?? he didnt give clear response rather just started circulating me in management talk saying sir it is my responsibility to give you fully un touched vehicle. We are fully confident blah blah blah but we cant do inspection in dealership premises. What do you all suggest I should do? is there a legal document or legal right for me as customer to inspect the car before receiving? if there is please share the documentation

No one is authorised to get inspection of zero meter .

If you have doubts then take a reliable painter as your friend.

Usually everything is OK. Inspect your self . Spend time with car in daylight.

Look for colour difference or scratches .

Then accept it and enjoy . There will be something that will not be perfect in PKDM

I think they can stop 3rd party from inspection if they go alone. But if owner himself goes with Pakwheels inspection team then no way in hell they can stop it. He has right to check car before taking delivery.

Why do you need to inform him no one will allow official inspection tell the pakwheel inspector to come in normal clothing and act like your friend you both can go together and see the car no need to be very strict as its a zero meter vehicle if there is any doubt the inspector will catch it.

I think it's not be the case, we have bought multiple vehicles in our family from Toyota, Honda, Kia, Hyundai etc. and always we took delivery after having Pakwheels inspection of 0 meter cars. Nobody never forbade to have it. Always we got positive response from these companies with respect to inspection thing.

This should not happen as its everyone rights to check vehicle upto his satisfaction level as we are paying the money for the product and we got full right to have satisfaction level.
