Changan Oshan x7 PBO mistake

Assalamoalaikum all.
Need some guidance in my Oshan x7 booking case.
I booked oshan x7 (comfort) in April . Gave them initail payment of 11.50 lacks on 1st of April. Staff said servers are down can’t give you PBO today. They gave me PBO after 3 weeks and booking date on PBO was 23rd April and TENTATIVE MONTH WAS APRIL as well. (According to them it was by mistake)

Changan increased its prices and it says it will not effect to people who have June or before tentative month.

Paid remaining payment on 29th of June. Also paid CVT few weeks ago because I got a call from Changan headoffice to pay CVT on invoice rs60500

Upon calling changan helpline they also get April Tentative month and told me your car will be dlivered soon july end (now aug end) (also i was told price hike would ont effect me) still haven’t got the car yet .

Last week sale supervisor of my showroom from where i booked told me why you think you wont get the price hike. You will. So I’m confused please help me out.
I’m gona get the price hike ?
What can be done if company ask for extra deposit ?

any price change till such time vehicle roll out from dealership, shall be paid by the customer. OEM price increment is approved by the Govt, in lieu of tax tariff and or currency disparity, therefore if you want the vehicle you shall pay at delivery.

Please at delivery you need to make sure you get invoice for the monies you have paid not the reduced price invoice.

Yes. But when changan increased prices they mentioned any costumers that have June tentative month or before on the PBO will not be affected py the price hike. And i fall in that category And according to my PBO tentative month is April. Why should i pay the extra amount ?

If there is an official document from them mentioning this condition, then just ask the dealership why they are asking for the increase showing them this document.
Vehicle is invoiced by the manufacturer, not the dealer so if there is an official notification from them for increase exemption and if it applies to you, then there is no reason why they would charge you the increase.
Having said that they have various protection clauses in their purchase agreements / PBO's which allow them to charge this increase even in absence of any notification.
