Change of Address on vehicle ownership smart card

We reside in a rented house and relocated to a new address a year ago. However, the address on my vehicle ownership card is still for my old residence. I would like to update it with the current living address.

Could someone please guide me through the procedure for updating the address on my vehicle ownership card?

Additionally, my vehicle is registered in Lahore.

Example:
Address on card is: abc Lahore
Address I want is: xyz Lahore

It is easy, you can change the address on your vehicle docs. You have to visit the nearest excise office and fill in the application form along with the required docs and fee. They'll change it but if you are still in a rented home it is not recommended to change it.
