Is it possible to change engine number in Islamabad registration documents if we swap i swap my engine?

Yes. U have to visit excise to get number changed on copy/card.
Yes. Get engine receipt from the vendor with engine number mentioned. Get it verified from 15. Goto excise office give application that your old engine became faulty and this is new engine with 15 verification. Pay fee and it will be updated on your book.
