Charade 1981 Model: Noise from shock or axle (godday)

i own Charade 1981 model car for last 13 years. Two months ago, it started giving noise while turning extreme right (karr karr karr) consulted mechanic who fixed the problem by tightening engine mounting bolts. After few days, while boarding with 4 passengers in the car, it started noise from front side (tak tak tak).
I am regular customer of two mechanics; both diagnosed different solutions; one said, left front shock is problem, while second one suggested replacement of front Godday (axle). consulted another one who said, the problem is with rare godday.
I also mention here that there is no noise while traveling alone, or with passengers on back seats.

I request for suggestions, what can be the issue and can we get shocks or axle repaired and what would be estimated cost.
I am driving car regularly at slow speed to cater daily routine works.

I also mention here that two months ago, right side rare tyre was damaged and it was replaced with another one that is 165/70-R12 whereas left rare tyre is 145/??-R12

first of all tyres should be of same size.

this tak tak is on turning? on smooth road? on bumpy road?

go to an open ground or big parking lot.

turn the steering full to the right and drive at 10-20km/hr. any noise?
turn the steering full to the left and do the same. any noise?

Thanks for response. tak tak tak noise is while driving straight on the road in case two persons are seated on front. Otherwise, while driving alone or even with two persons seated on back seats no noise. I am driving car on comparatively slow speed without any trouble or noise.

Does the car feel a bit bouncy?

You should check the engine mounts and the lower control arms (quainchi)

driving is smooth no bumpy normally sometime feel little bumpy but not so noticeable.

Get the lower control arm check.
