Charade 1983 (G11) Mechanic in Islamabad/Peshawar

Hello Pakwheelers:
How are you all ? I need an urgent help. I have charade G11. I am facing alignment and suspension issue since last couple of months. One of mechanic in Peshawar has changed the Front parts of with Japanese Alto VXR like Front Shocks, streeing box, hubs etc with the remarks that it will be easy to maintain in future. Now the issue is that I have lost the ride comfort. I need to fix the issue in reasonable price. I can goto Islamabad/Pindi as well as I have heard that there are Good mechanics.

Hi Guys. Just came back from Islamabad. Mt with Danial.

He is a great person. After the inspection of my ride, he told tht "Mukiyan weak hain jo replace karno hongee". He suggested to sale the Ride.

Now Guys anyone could tell me that Muki replacement is the only solution?
Looking for expert opinion pleaseo

Sir I am also interested to fix the issue. Just need ur openioun that what thy call "Mukki" can be replaced without major alteration in Chasis ? what about the double supporting rod (Dont know the exact name), which can be installed for the support of lower body along with metal plates ???

First no need of sir.
I think mounting points of control arms are called mukiyan ( no sure about desi name)
It can be repaired and further reinforced can be done to make it more stiff, like installing tie bar.

Yes Exactly, I was asking about the Tie Rod. Let me explain in more detail. my ride goes nicely on even road but when it comes to a little rough road or like kacha raasta thn it loses the grip from front left side. If you further guide me which measures have to take for the work ? Further do you know any person in Peshawar who can do that for me ? Last Islamabad visit was painful as it takes 480 KM from both sides ...........

Do you feel any disposition in steering when you accelerate or de-accelerate? Or feels like car pulls in one direction?
I welded my car having same issue. It was totally rusted and cracked from different places.
After fabricating mounting position i build braces similar to this.
Sorry i have no idea about workshop. And i'm from Lahore.
If you can share the picture of your car engine bay and underneath.

Your words are encouraging for me :-). Well steering is rock solid n i dont feel any difference on high and low speed. The only issue issue is the ride looses the grip on uneven roads (it run nicely on plain road). I will share the pictures today evening as I am currently in office. You may check the pics in detail thn suggest me about that. Once again thanks Bhai.

No need sir.
I don't understand the meaning of "looses grip" here because it can also be due to really bad shocks.
My car never looses grip it just tends to pull in different directions while acceleration and deacceleration.

Yes, shocks are really bad. I will change all four, thats for sure. But first I need to fix the MUKKI issue.
The pictures will tell the story inshallah.

Did your car ever had accident?
Right side wheel looks like it's pushed back.
Yes welding work is needed near the control arm. It's not crack but need to be properly done.
But First measure the distance between both front and rear wheel. A disordered wheel comparison to other can also cause this problem.

Kindly tell me the principal rules when i visit to Peshawar, what would i have to say to the denter so he can do it right for me ....

I will say you should measure it yourself.
But still. Ask denter to measure both front and rear wheels. If one is out of order then ask him to equal it.
He will pull the wheel forward. Then after that ask him to do welding near control arms. Do take control arms off.
I can see you already got tie bar install. Thats good.

Hope you would be Fine. Updating you about my ride after more thn 9 months. Lols.

Anyhow I did the work as per ur guidelines. Plus changes all the bushes front n rear and changes front shocks (Starlet). Ride is performing well since thn by the grace of Almighty.
Last week visited Murree.

Will ask for guidelines if I find any difficulty. Best wishes for you.
