my mechanic taking a deep look at tne engine bay 
the operation of disassembly started
back side of the engine with the chamber detached.
carburretor, head detached
about to detach this cone shaped oil sieve
pistons out.... rings detaching...
head at the kharadia........ playing with the tappets and springs:P
new purchase from IA Traders Walton... this saman is worth Rs 6500 (excluding pistons)
rings for Rs 1450
point Rs 385
3 NGK plugs Rs 330
timing bearing for Rs 1150
timing belt Rs 325
silicon tube Rs 110
first we thought that the old pistons could me used but on of them was bruised badly... so decided to replace the pistons aswell.
new oil guage in place Rs 150
cleaning the main block with petrol
axle gear seals in place
of the other side Rs 380
old pistons washed... we decided to replace them anyways
new pistons Rs 2700
gearing them with the rings and checking them
the rings placed on the new pistons
oiling them with havoline 20w oil
putting them in place. this gadget is very interesting. it locks around the piston and then the piston is pushed into place
assembly part... selecting the jains to be placed
filling the new oil filter with oil before putting it in place
head received from kharradia... he took Rs 2800 for replacement of valves, tappet seals and stuff.
new valves... my 6 valve carby...
