@Hassan1991. Visited the silencer workshop. The guy told that the silencer is not in bad shape and could be repaired and will work for the decent period of time as the local made silencer wont last too long. so I have repaired that. Total labor cost Rs 400/-

Now everything looks good. Silencer sound back to its normal. when i was before ......

Take Care Will ask further for the help if needed.

Start the car and drive. check if the fuel pump is getting hot.if yes, install a relay as it might be taking load and not getting the current.

How an electric Relay can be installed on a mechanical pump.... Zubair Karachi

Mechanical pump is worked by the engine rotation, not sure why you are installing a relay.

Its been a long time since my last post. My charade is running well mashallah. Last time , new silencer was installed. here are the pictures of old exhaust and new after fitting. . its working perfect till date.

@Hassan1991: Bhai. Last week, I had the issue with ride in the cold starts. The mechanic checked and told that the gaskit has gone. So I had replaced it. Everything looks fine and no issue now. I took some pictures when replacing the gaskit. Kindly look into it. How is the condition of engine block? Also what is the advise to keep in mind to avoid such failure in future.

the gaskit seems too thick. please do all the rings work, head work and inspect the head facing which could be the reason that the previous mechnaic had used such thick gaskit.

get the radiator serviced
inspect pipes
coolant

find and Use the original fuel pump instead of the sasta wala bekar electrical fuel pump.

Use coolant. And should install stock thickness headgasket.

@nnabeel: B/W where to get the original mechanical fuel pump ? I purchased one online from from olx, it was made with very cheap material. That was cracked within no time. After that on my last visit to peshawar shoba. chekced 02 differnt used AKA kabli pumps but they didnt worked. So I have purchase electronical fuel pump (i think its of mitshobishi). But the problem is that its passes the petrol in rich amount.
So at the end, i am using this cheap SASTA WALA pump..

In karachi, there is a shop who deal in original fuel pumps. i dont know which city you are from.
if u dont find original one, try finding the rebuilding kit online from aliexpress or find charade pump.

the electrical ones sends fuel with pressure higher than the required level. please also check if you car has return fuel line, that sends extra fuel back to fuel tank.

i had its contact but not anymore.

i had posted its visiting card pics on pw forums but couldnt find now. you can try searching.

I have always a hard luck in past to find that pump and a thermostat valve. Luckily found a thermostat switch here in Kabaari's shop. It's been a year or so that the switch is working fine. Turns on the fan when needle gose to 40.. running without a t.value from long time but have not other option.
