without knowing actual problem in an engine why you want to overhaul ?
is it dead with broken con rods, pistons or stuck bearings?
without doing a compression test if the ustaad has given you verdict better change your mechanic look out for someone sensible with correct approach.

i dont know much about this but car give blue smoke and reduce engine oil what should i doo

Without compression test reading, never allow any mechanic to touch any screw or bolt of your engine.
