Dear PW,
Its been a great forum to discuss issues.
I have charade 86 newly build engine each and every thing but car drive only 100 meter on petrol than stop and do not start for 15 min
After 15 min its starts once again for 100-200 meter.
Following things done with car.
Complete overhaul engine
Petrol Tank Wash
New Fuel Pump
All Petrol Lines replaced with new one
