well almost details are in the thread and i ll be more then happy to answer any query.still i would put all the info that i have on top of my head
the engine is 4EFE .its a DOHC EFi engine.mostly comes in corolla GLI till 2000.the intake mainfold that u c in pictures came in 1999. this particular mainfold has the reputation of beter feul averge.the car in which swap is done is charade 87 (G100).the old engine was setteled with the new engine that mean i bought the new engine and gave him my old engine and total gave hi 45k.this include all the items realted to engine.

now there are few things that needed more attention then others which is like making of axle .the axle or gooda is the meeting point of engine and suspension so in a swap the engine is of corolla where are suspension is of charade so u have to make an axle from a engerring works. the main point to keep in view is dont let them make u an axle by welding it. ask them to make it by making groves or as the mechanic call it JHIRRIA, welding one are unstable and dangerous as well.it costed me around 4000 to make a axle
another issue that makes a problem is changing of gear lever. the old gear lever of charade doesnt work with 4EFE so u have to change it. try to get the gear lever of 99 state corolla bz it fits best as per my experience.it also cost around 2000 rs
the most problemtic part is wiring . make sure to get an electrion that is best in town. even after having the whole wiring the electrition charged me with 3500 rs just to get the engine started and hook up all sensor and ECU. if the electriton is not good he wont be able to start the enigne even if he does it then the performance will be low so extra care in nedded in this regard
another theing that needs the attention is making od cylencer .after getting the cut cylencer one has to make the full cyelncer from start till end. with 4EFE it is more advised to get atleat quater to 2" inch piping. noramlly know as 1 inch 7 sottar.if the cylencer is of low quality then the sund qulaity will be low as well as the performance may be compromised. persoanllly i did 1 inch 7 sottar piping with free flow.it costed me around 7k
also if the car was diesel previossly then u need to put a fuel pump in the tank. dont just though it in the tank .make a full settting and plase for the pump also try to put it in a cup shape thing and then place it in the tank. this costed me around 1200rs
