Well in RWP i saw atleast 5 of these engine on one shop and EFI and Carbi both available. Price was around 32000Rs. But problem is spare parts.

Saw them in Ahata Mithu khan ek he banda hai jiss ka pass charade engines hota hai afser khan i think.

But spare parts nahi milta tu i wont go for it

Hows ur car running now? happy with the swap any after swap problems you are facing?

@vaqas oritee .if parts are a problem dont go for it.i am happy with the power and pick of the car.till now there is no major problem .only minor like lose pipes and minor leakge.the mechancal work is completed.electrical work is also nearly done. next step is tyres and alloys and after that whole car dent paint and inlast the interior and souns system so nearly half way done and half way to go.

@ekdrifter well bahi jan almost 85-90k tak lag gaya hee that involves all the mechanical work. suspension change not suspension reapir and electrical work plus digital meter.

well bro the final pictures are still very far away. as i am going to go for full body dent and paint.

mechanical work is done.electrical work is also completed

tyres and rim are done

suspension is done so now the only work thats remaining is body and interior. not much work required in interier but quiet huge work required on exterior .

so wait for some time. will keep u updated.

right now the work is stopped due to some personal reasons.

guys i am in need of ur input and advise

i am planing to go for a FULL DENT AND PAINT of my above mentioned charade

the mechanical and technical /electrical work has been completed .tyres and rims are installed so now its time for paint job

now got two questions

1)which colour should i go for . plz advise me colours other black and white

2)the rawalpindi and islmbad member, can u tell me who is the best denter and painter and his location so that i get a estimate and finalize about it

I'd say don't go for any fancy color to make it a head turner, you can make it a head turner otherwise as well .. Best color which I think would suit it is "Pearl White" or "Evo Gray" which Palaykhan used on his 85 Charade ..

well i am myself looking for either of these two but unable to find it. i even looked for a digi (trunk) with this kinda spoiler so that i can change the whole diggi but cant find it,

@azicool u can contact me 0333-5102299 for denting painting i know the guys who are quite compitant and reasonable rates as dey doing some quality work,denter is doin awsum jobs lyk total wercked cars into beauties..and painter do quite a few mercs in a monnth.my car is recently had a made over from them,there rates would higher from ordionary workshops but less from atuo club vebra etc i painted 2 cars of mine in past n 3rd in progress..

and i recommend you pearl white as you already spend alot on the car n changing colour would cut aa bit resale..but pearl colours are bit costly or can say very coslty as i buyed a quater of rimini red range rover pearl maroon about 7500, normal metalic colour is about 2000-3000.but outcome would be fanntastic
