Charade Head Change No Engine number on it

Hi Guys, I have a Car Charade, 3 years back the head was gone completely and was unable to Repair it, then i have to buy another head from Shersha Market, it was Malaysian Car head which was in fresh Condition and its still working great, The thing was the last head its Engine number on it but the new Head dont have any engine number on it. its Plain from there.

now how can i put the Engine number of this new head? i have the Old head with me. Now what if i sell the car , how the buyer will check the Engine number since the new head is malaysian and dont have any Engine number mentioned on it.

There was a guy in Magzine line he said ager Head Hum se leinge to hum apka number dal k deinge us head pe which i didnt go with them and bought it from Shersha because i was getting in more cheap price from there. Please suggest for this Thanks.

Further i am also willing to Restore it, means looking for Complete Dent Paint from Outside & willing to put 15 Inch tyre, because i remember when i bought this car it has big tyre size the drive was amazing but later i installed 13 inch tyre and then Drive Destroyed.

keep the old head with you. as & when you dispose off the vehicle declare it to buyer and provide him evidence.

FYI every engine number is punched over engine block or over the head as the case may be, when it is ready to be loaded into a new vehicle. new engine blocks have no numbers, when sold as spare. Factory can punch an OLD engine block number after paper work through 3S dealer network.

Capsat these are Malaysian heads, comes from Malaysian cars which have engine number on block instead of head.

Factory can punch an OLD engine block number after paper work through 3S dealer network.

This is old 1991 import car manufactured in japan , 86 model, i dont know if toyota will Punch the number on head now. and i dont know what could be the issue while selling this car because the engine is without the number lol only in Documents. i was thinking to punch the number on the head from any punch wala . but i guess its not legal?

no harm to store old head. & when disposing the vehicle u can explain to buyer.

Old head was completed Dead, I tried to Repaired it from market, they Filled it again again and put some Carbate in it and put Some Chemical to check the compression that was desi style lol. and the guy told me its fine now, it was near preddy station back side of the main street near preddy station saddar lol. When i put that head in car , it can not make the compression and head got leak so i have to get the another head,

I lost 6k on it, the labor to repair the head, All seals valves Costs and even the mechanic cost .

no one gives a flying duck on engine number in buying selling in such old cars

plz do tag me if u r selling and buyer questioning u the engine number so i add to my knowledge base

yes if u tell the buyer engine is change and he is sharp. he will ask engine number charha hai
if u say no
he wil use it as bargain chip and knock of 10,000 more etc
