Mechanic ne brake booster ar us ka vaccum pipe bi test krlya ha wo bi shi ha
Mjhe carburator ke vaccum connections pr shak ha ke wo shi nhnho

Please koi charade wala bhai carburator ke sb vaccum connections ki picture dekha de airfilter utar .

Salam Bhaiyon,

I have a Charade Swapped with D16.
As the experienced ones would have guessed it, it has altered axles.

Now the problem is that the engine power broke the axle ball joint.

Can someone recommend me a good axle maker preferably in Gulshan or Malir, that can look into this.

A lot of axle people work only on stocks, so I'm looking for someone that does custom work.

Any help would be appreciated.
If someone can review, MK Autos opposite lucky one. That would be great too.

hi everyone.
Recently, I have purchased Charade 86 model. it needs lot of body work and mechanical work. i am thinking to swap its engine with vitz engine with manual gearbox as I need economical engine with less maintenance requirement.
please help me guide a good mechanic and good painter for the charade.
also can someone tell me what will be the total cost of engine swap and where I can find good vitz engine

charade cb23 ka fuel mixture ki default setting koi btade ke kitna open krna ha full tight krke
manual me 5.5 turn likha ha
1 turn screw equal to 0.5 hota ha kya as per manual? ye bi clear krde
best milleage ke lye proper setting btade jo airbox utare begair mixture ki setting hojye proper air and fuel ratio
i am using electronic fuel pump with proper main and return line

The mixture cannot be set properly without exhaust gas analyzer. It is available at many workshops. They put a probe into the exhaust pipe and set the mixture. 10 Minute job.

Start from 3 turn drive car for almost 2km check plug if red then perfect if black then turn anti clock wise half turn if plug are white then turn clock wise drive car until plugs are red

Bhai exhaust gas analyzers are very old tech. I had my Cultus tuned with it back in year 2000.

Visit any workshop with "Enercon" sign on it. Which city are you from?

Sir, I have Charade 84. I have an issue since past few months of rare shocks. The ride is very hard. I have consulted many mechanics but all have said that the shocks are ok and the ride is too old so stick to it in that condition.

Kindly suggest me which shocks can be installed ? also wat abt the spacers ? will it make any difference?

If the suspension is too hard, then the springs might be too hard. go for 82 Corolla rear springs and don't install spacers.Also, don't install desi springs as they are harder.

The only way to truly inspect shocks is to remove them from springs and check their dampening with hands.

you can find local made springs for charade. DO NOT put other car parts in this car.

you can also find brand new KYB shock absorbers for the rear.

what you need to check is if you have fitted long springs or short springs. due to CNG cylinder weight, owners often swapped to harder, longer springs to counter the weight of the cng cylinder.

absolutely no need for any spacers.

are you able to push the car down from the rear with your hands?

Well I live in a small city of KP (Kohat). I have contacted spare part dealer in Saddar Peshawar. They dont have any brand of Charade Shocks. Further, I can push the car with hands from rare.....

The ride was comfortable before. But now since last few months, the rare n front suspension is hard. May be all four springs are faulty. But Local mechanics are telling that all is OK.

Would it be the issue of tyres ? I bought Chinese new tyres 3 years ago. (I m using standard size). May be the life of the type is on last stage.

Any further suggestions..?

suspension hard is normally due to shock absorber seizing up.

you can check by removing the rear shock absorbers and driving the car for a short distance.

Mechanic has checked the rare shocks with hand by opening the the bolts from lower end. He told that the shocks are in perfect working condition and no need to do anything. I also checked the the shocks with the force of hands. They are in decent condition but the comfort of the ride which was before has lost. The car runs fine on smooth roads and highways, but it felt hard on classical bumpy local roads of our Paki Cities.
