Hi Guys.

If any one following my earlier posts about the mechanical work i have been doin on my charade so finaly i decided after completing mechanical work to work on the looks of the car.

As usual i am short on time and only got saturday and sunday off so denting will be completed in 2 days there isnt much work i mean there is rust in one of the doors and on one rear fender other than that not much major denting work.

And paint will be completed in 3 days

In denting door pins will be replaced as well.

Kharcha 6000 For Denting including one footboard and one footboard repair with window channels and pins all denting will be done and paint will be scratched for better paint.

Paint with Original Sieken paint used 8000 Rs

Well that was the end of day i left at 8 PM dentor was still working on it he said he will try to complete that the only major rusted part in my car the right rear door :p.

Tomorow i will post more pics any suggestions are most welcome.

Dentor is in Pindi near peer wadhai moor infront of Rescue 1122.

And yeah 1st i thought to lets paint only the damaged parts lekin ab chut ka ilawa sari paint.

btw what fuel avarage are you getting these days? ( --kms/kg CNG, City & longdrives)

Avergare i get is around 2 Rs per KM mostly depends on CNG pump on some i get 2 Rs on some even 3 Rs :p. The shell pump in Abbpara and PSO in F6 i get around 24 KM per KG local. On highways its around 1.70 to 1.50 per km.

There are no mods in engine

The door getting repaired i 1st thought to change this door but after hearing the cost i changed my mind hehe qabli door complete for 9500 Rs phew. But its not as badly damaged as it looked like from outside. sorry i forgot to take the repaired door pic it was looking gr8.

When we removed this part for painting found this rusted area it was small but i made it big lol so dentor repair it properly

I have been saying a lot about the multi aisle condensor in the forums here it is and see the fitting its a big condensor but still its not covering the great 3 channel radiator

I think it's good idea to have diesel sprey after service (NEVER use Mobil oil) at least twice a month.

Thanks Prince What i found is the rusted areas are where some dirt was caught and because of that dirt that part got rusted.

Rim size is 13".

I asked my denter to change the 2nd foot board as well it was original and he was against it he says sir its in good condition and will last three time more than the foot board we will be using and he said koi alto wala hota tu mujha es ko hath nahi lagana deita us ke market value down hojati. I told him yaar jo cheez out of shape hai us ke market value ko main kia karo change it now hhehe. as you can see in the pic no rust at all on a over 25 years old car
