Charade Suspension and Some Weird Noise

Hi,

I own a charade 1984 registered 1991, it has been with me since 2011. Some time I feel like I found some not diagnostic and miserable problems initially hard to crack. Now a days my car is producing some weird noises when I accelerate in first gear not every time but more likely in a slow conditions for instance consider driving in traffic congestion, the produce is "thak thak / khat khat" from my left side makes me feel like my engine is about to fall, today I visit suspension shop and get all the front end suspension work done like changing the jumps, both ball joints, left side splinter and steering box repair. After the suspension work my steering is so hard very hard and that "thak thak / khat khat" noise is still coming when I try to accelerate harder for checking, the suspension guy recommended me to go for exhaust pipe check to see if there is some pipe is tickling or causing noise, the exhaust guy told me to replace the gear foundation, I did replace it now that mechanic told me that my clutch and pressure plate is about to vain. I have a strong query my car is picking up absolutely fine, apart from suspension work, why still there is "thak thak / khat khat" voice is there feeling me coming from left side, Can any body help me to figure it out.also my wheel steering is so hard to handle after today suspension work..

if your steering is very difficult to turn and return to center after "tasalee buksh" repair, its due to the fact that their hand hammered ball joints, rack ends and tie rods are very stiff and they install a very tight bushing in the steering rack - it will eventually loosen up after 1000 kms.

but your actual fault of noise is still there, have you tried to replicate it with the car on ramps? sometimes the bulkhead starts to tear causing such noise.

I have Charade 86, i am planning to do the Suspension now because the car Seems to be going left right and feel very Dangerious

The Car is perfect in engine, I Replaced the Whole booster Cylinder breakes put new Tyres but Suspension is bad and i dont drive due to that its on CNG and Avg is good on CNG

now Can we get Smooth Ride in Charade Suepnsion like we have in Corolla or City ?

I remember in 2015 i used to Drive this car Daily and gives me pleasure but now i doesnt !

Note before the Steering was very Smooth too when i bought it in 2014 but now its like truck Steering very Stiff :s
