Is it possible to make a family trip of 3,4 days from Lahore to Kalam Via local transport in end of October possibly last week of October if YES! then could anyone help me with the transportation and accommodation new fares as i am not aware regarding the weather and routes of Kalam.
Also what would be the estimate expense of the trip

Further, as per my last searching (March 2018). I did not found any direct bus from Lahore to Bahrain or Kalam. However, I found 2 buses Swat Coach and Shahid Coach which caters Mingora, Swat from Lahore. In order to directly go to Bahrain or Kalam or Bahrain then Kalam you have to go 1st Pindi. From Pir Wadai adda (Pindi) you can directly go either mingora, bahrain and Kalam wherever you want to go.

Regarding fares you may see my last blog. Further, minimum fare from Lahore to Mingora will be around 1100 of shahid coach and 1200 of Swat Coach. From Pindi to Mingora fare will be around 400 to 500, to Bahrain 500 to 600 and to Kalam 550 to 650.

Tour Dates 20 March 2018 to 24 March 2018. Basically I am from Karachi, but during tour days I was at Lahore with my wife. Brother, dont know exactly as I had to go mingora first instead of bahrain and kalam. Therefore, did not go to Kalam or Bahrain adda side. However, at pindi and bahrain I have seen banners and advertisement of pindi to bahrain and kalam & vice versa routs.

Simple go to pir wadai adda you can find many buses/coaster/hi-roofs/hiace/private cars catering all over Pakistan.
