Just long press "MUT" button and the brightness will be decreased !! Pressing "MUT" again now screen light is off while playback continues

I have i stalled premier lcd in city08. I am having problem in playing videos. While playing any video it turns black automatically after 10 seconds and hides the video saying that video banned for safe driving.now I have to touch the lcd to bring the video back. Cycle repeats every 10 seconds.
I couldn't find any option in settings menu to change this. Plz help
