Check emission system in honda civic 2013 9th gen

Aoa guys i just gave my civic a run and it says check emission system. I checked my radiator was 70% empty. I filled it it was all five but this thing is not going. I restarted the ecu by disconnecting the terminals. It went but I'm still thinking what would that be

Go to honda service centre. They can reset it

Emission system is concerned with the amount of pollutants coming out of the tail pipe when the car is driven. It includes thorough inspection of the air and fuel related items with a diagnostic computer, like:
- Mass Air Flow sensor.
- Oxygen sensors,
- Fuel Injectors.
- Engine Compression.
- Catalytic Converter.
- Element Air Cleaner.
- Vacuum hoses,
- Stucked close or stucked open PCV Valve.
- Spark plugs air gaps, and some other systems.
