I am posting this for public awareness. Most people are not aware that Lahore Development Authority (regularly?) publishes the list of illegal or unregistered housing schemes, on their website. The URL is below. Before purchasing any plot or home, just check if your desired housing scheme is legal as per LDA or not on this link:

The shocking news for me after reading the above list is that some areas of Bahria Town and SA Gardens and the entire Park View Villas is illegal as per LDA. :o
