Check lights remains on

The check lights of my City 2002 remains on when i switch off the car. The electrician removed all the fuses on by one. He checked all the wirings connected to engine but nothing happened. Now he is saying that meter should to opened to check the short wiring. But he is not able to do it and referring to someone else. Does anyone faced the same problem?. Kindly help

cluster problem maybe but I m not sure. the wiring may be the culprit. What's your location so that I can send you to the right person.

I have handedover the car to an electrician named gulzar in model town opposite to dongi ground. I read about him on pakwheels. He has found that the radiator fan wiring is short. All he need is to find the point where it is short. It may take an hour or a day. Allah khair kray
