Honda BRV do not deserve to be in this list in the absence of 4WD, AWD its ore of a compact MPV and Vitara should be in this list because it equipped with a proper 4WD in spite of AWD

Vitara is a step above BRV in direct competition with Sportage. I agree that BRV looks more like a mini-van than an SUV. Don't know why its classified as SUV.

Just because of its ground clearance Atlas Honda thought they can fool the people of Pakistan by calling it an SUV and they are succeeded upto some extent. One thing is very clear that nothing can be clasified as an SUV unless it built with the separate chassis and body frame configuration and equipped with a proper 4WD. A crossover can be built as a single frame unit but it should be equipped with a AWD.

Its not just Atlas Honda, but Honda company itself. The few countries BRV is offered in, its only front wheel drive.

In the last generation Vitara used to be a bigger car but the current gen is not in the league of Sportage, Tucson, CR-V and the like. It is considerably smaller now.

There are so many categories of SUVs now that it is getting ridiculous.

Subcompact SUV (also Mini-SUV, or Subcompact Crossover SUV) = Honda BRV, Honda Vezel, Nissan Juke, Mini Pajero

Compact SUV (also Compact Crossover SUV) = KIA Sportage, Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, Suzuki Vitara

Mid-size Crossover SUV = Honda Pilot, Kia Sorento, Toyota Harrier

Mid-size SUV = Toyota Prado, Toyota Fortuner, Ford Everest, Toyota 4Runner

Full-size SUV = Toyota Land Cruiser, Range Rover, Cadillac Escalade

Sirjee, ye "subcompact SUV" wali range SUV list mein nahi ani chahye.

BRV is more relevant to a station wagon than a SUV, and in that category Axio Fielder kicks its a**.

Vezel and Juke (read JOKE by Nissan), both crossovers, not SUVs.
