Chery qq beats alto, santro, cultus, & more

GUYS. ON ROSHNI TV KAL, I SAW AN INTERVIEW OF CHERRYQQ MANAGER SALES. HE HAS HIMSELF TWO CHERY QQ'S AND HE SAID ON TV THAT OUR CAR QQ IS THE BEST AMONG ALL PAKI MADE CARS.

IF ANYONE OF U HAS TO SAY ANYTHING OF THIS CAR, PLS REPLY. I HAVE A ALTO 2005 AND I M PLANNING TO SELL IT AND BUY A NEW CHERRY QQ.

Cherry QQ is no doubt a great car, i was very suprised with the car when i checked it out in karachi when it was on display at "the piont". It indeed has some great features and the styling is "interesting" to say the least.

But since you already have an alto (a very good car by suzuki) it is more of an alternative, i wouldn't suggest you lose money on selling it and buying a Cherry. maybe after a few years when you are getting bored of the alto you should consider buying one.

if u read the advertisement of chery u will be surprised to see the features it is offering.
safety
comfort
and performance.

in pakistani cars only one thing is considered and that is economy. most poor safety. lil comfort and with almost no performance.
read the features of it. it has bars in doors. which car in pakistan has these like in cultus or santro or alto. none of them. safety is major issue.

Chery QQ is the best value for money. no comparison with local altos or santros... the only thing people hesitate about is QQ being a chinese vehicle.

we can not change the pakistani mindset about cars (Specially) all we want is Resale .
same was the case with kia classic/spectra great value for money still ended up being called as flops I hope someone breaks the suzuki toyota honda monopoly.. but then i feel that it is only us who can do so

santro and alto do ve side impact safety beams. cultus vxl does not ve not sure about vxr though, must be same. i am not advocating suzuki or hyundai but instead of going for cherry buy chevy joy.

btw, i am among those ppl who dont value fancy CD player/ power windows, be it liana or cherry QQ. sturdy suspension/chassis n engine count the most after finalising ur budget.

bhai the thing which is placed as bar under door panels is same of quality as of door material. it wont help out in crash. many accidents have been observed and found as if these were not present there.
poor quality management is there. just producing cr*p in a shape and selling it to us for huge amount.
it should be atleast less than half of its current price.

We still see Suzuki's 83-84 800cc FX on roads, No matter how bad Suzukis/Toyotas/Hondas quality be, their Motors can be over-hauled again and again and again, Chinese Bikes already have given some bad experience to its owners, their engines fragile and will never be the same once opened, In chery QQ I have the same doubts !

we are under estimating chinese products. do u know chinese joggers costs more than american ones.
they have categorized product qualities. they send the quality here which people can afford easily.
coz they are bulk suppliers.
chinese are great in engineering. see china wall
jokes apart. engine is a simple thing nothing rocket science involved every engine carb one can be over hauled here. parts are available. no issue in it.
see these are cheap and can be over hauled also again and again.
suzuki is producing cars since three decades now and china jumped not more than a decade. we must entertain chinese products too. they are new but spreading fastly

ive had a QQ for about 12 months now...and i havnt experienced ANY techinical faults from the electronics, enigine or the suspension

the thinking of pkaistanis is that ALL chinese products are faulty and of lower quality...

PLEASE stop assuming that chinese products have a life span of 2 months and will fall apart after little usage

i dont know why ppl in pakistan think that korean or specially pakistani cars are of better quality

when i bought a hyundai straight from dewan motors showroom, even after doing PDI....the showroom ppl didnt notice that wing mirrors on my car were of two DIFFERENT colors! one was totally black and the other was totally red..

rest assured my QQ doesnt have any quality control problems

you're kidding right? i doubt that the people at BMW have time to build these engines. If this si true perhaps they are subcontracted out to someone who also builds bmw engines.

I too have heard that Cherry QQ is a superb car having no tech problems and its quality is really good, we still take china as the one that was in 1960s and 80s, but now this new china has improved a lot that we can`t even imagine. At least they are sincere to there people, just look at our motor industry, everyday a new problem.

no offence cherry QQ is a wicked car very very nice car its fully powerd and its so confortable,but there's one thing that it does not have resale value trust me guyz cherry is very crap in resale value 1thing bout santro alto is dat thay have resale value at this time cultus,alto,mehran,baleno and etc...have a great resale value becoz there are suzuki and all of them are japanees engine,but inshallah cherry's resale value will come up if ppl buy it and when ppl start buyin it it will be the famouse car in the whole pakistan.

They are not built by BMW, they just use some technology that is also found in BMW's car. I cant remeber the what but I think theres a post about it somewhere on PW...

Cherry QQ is already Suied by Chevrolet for coping the design of Joy...so the car production might be discontinued tommorrow who knows...so isnt it a bad decision considering QQ as ur ride. Until unless the law sui is setteled.
