The car doesn't have front parking sensors!

This is what a parking sensor looks like

However In the front here are the sensors it does have::

1 - Rain sensor
2 - Lane departure sensor
3 - Front radar for monitoring front vehicle distance from your car.
4 - Ambient light sensor for turning on the head light. It may also be responsible to auto head light dimming (not sure)

And of course the front camera which is not a sensor. I use the front camera for my parking needs.

A bit surprised at your question. How long have you owned the car?

Anyhow here is how the camera is turned on. In the picture below the AVM button is indicated by the yellow arrow. This will bring up the camera display on your infotainment screen. You can use the camera in this mode or if you need to see the front more closely especially while parking you can tap the "plus" mark encircled by the red circle in the picture below.

Pressing the same button again will turn off the camera. There are many other features which are laid out in the owners manual.

Back in post 371, I reported that the lacquer on the alloy wheels had pealed off. Yesterday, I had the wheels restored by removing the previous lacquer, diamond cutting the the wheels to get the rainbow colours reflecting in the machined sections and re-applying the lacquer.

I had to remove the TPS sensors to avoid any damage during the machining process. Quite happy with the outcome. Now time will tell how the lacquer lasts.

Like all Pakistani people, it is in our DNA to promise the moon and sun. He said not to use any strong chemical on them and wash using shampoo meant for cars and I will have nothing to worry about. As I said, time will tell.

5000KM done with this car and my overall experience
Fuel Avg: 09 in City

Positives:
* Spacious and comfortable interior
* Modern features and technology but missing lane keep assist
* Value for money, Interior quality is amzing & good ride
* Cabin is quiet
* Sound system is ok
* 7 seater

Negatives:
* Big Question mark on braking although i am used to it but brakes are really disappointing
* Stiff suspension means you can feel the road a little more that I really dont like it
* Infotainment apple/android play is unresponsive sometime

Reliability concerns:
After Sales services are a big issue for me because I've had two services done at Chery Gulberg, and their staff is highly unprofessional. They lack knowledge about this car model, and their equipment is poor. Even local workshops have better management than this dealer. When it comes to complaints, there's no senior personnel available, and they show little concern or effort in providing proper service.
