I am writing to update you all regarding the continuous issues I have faced with my car, which I purchased in September 2023.
I am left unable to fully enjoy the car. Most of the money and energy I have spent have gone into visiting the Chery service center
Below are the details of the issues I have encountered: 
• Engine Check Light (September 2023)
The engine check light appeared, and after several visits, it was initially resolved. However, the light reappeared within two days, and after six visits, it was diagnosed as a thermostat valve fault. This was finally replaced on November 7, 2023.
• Sunroof Noise (December 2023)
The sunroof started making noise, and the issue was reported for investigation.
• Trunk Noise (January 2024)
The trunk began making an unusual noise, which was brought to your attention.
• Thermostat Valve Repeat Issue (February 2024)
The thermostat valve issue reoccurred, despite it being replaced previously.
• Sunroof Noise Repeat (April 2024)
The same sunroof noise problem resurfaced, requiring further attention.
• Tyre Bearing Noise Issue (September 2024)
I reported noise from the tyres, and after multiple checkups, it was diagnosed as a bearing issue. The bearings were finally replaced in mid-November 2024.
• Engine Check Light ( 14-November 202)
Diagnosed its due to air leakage
• System Vent Valve Stuck (November 2024)
Currently, the car is in the Chery workshop due to a problem with the system vent valve, which is stuck. I am still awaiting a resolution.
• AC Not Working – Gas Leakage / Evaporator / AC Coil Problem (27 November 2024)
The air conditioning system has failed due to a evaporator/AC coil problem… I have yet to receive a solution.
