The Daewoo is a good car considering the price, not for a new one, but if you can get one second hand.
1), Unless you plan on going on really bumpy and bad roads, it should have enough ground clearance for daily driving, the ground clearance is approx 180mm, while a corolla's ground clearance is 155mm approx (as reported by respective manufacturers).
2)Since it's being marketed directly by Chevrolet Pakistan, parts availability should not be an issue, spare part prices are a different story).
3) No idea about the market value, but you should be able to find a slightly used one quite cheap, since it essentially is an out of market car (even though i might be wrong about this last one.
