Asalam o alikum!
I've recently bought Chevrolet Exclusive and facing many queries regarding high maintenance of the chevy cars on daily basis. So I thought to do some search at my end and post the information here for everyone's guide & ease. If you're looking for some good chevy mechanic, then prefer visiting chevy expert mechanics that are almost in every major city. Here are some mechanics in Rwp/Isb to whom i experienced myself:
Aziz Autos Islamabad (Nadir Ustaad aka Doctor sb)
Address: I & T Centre, Shop 6, Plot 45, G-10 Markaz, G-10, Islamabad 44000
Contact # 051-2352968, 0333 5171833, 03455459709, 03355550202
Feedback: Nadir ustaad has good experience of dealing with Chevys. As per my experience, he charges quite higher than average mechanics but maybe worth paying as we don't have any other better option. A benefit of getting the work done by Nadir is to get all spare parts from Aziz Autos as per requirements but the same is the drawback as the prices of Aziz Autos are quite higher. Better to buy the parts yourself and then get Nadir's labor service.
Chevrolet Rawalpindi Auto Workshop (Mr. Yasir)
Address: Near Old Daewoo Adda, Pir Wadhai Mor, Rawalpindi
Contact# 03335474325 (Yasir)
Feedback: They had good expertise and customer service but customer support services have been reduced a lot in the recent few years since they got lot of business due to this (edited) post. I'd heavily recommended them here years ago. That was the time when you couldn't find more than 2 cars at a time to their workshop. But now, we've observed a drastic change in their attitude and customer service. it's getting really hard getting their time even for me which is really disappointing. Their rates are quite higher and sometimes completely unfair as compared to local workshops. I myself have experienced few times where they charged quite high than local market especially when it comes to buying some spare parts, so be very careful about buying anything from them. Better to buy the parts yourself and then get their labor service.
Chevrolet Islamabad Motors
Address: # 89, St #10, I-9 industrial Area, Islamabad
Contact No. 051-4431111
Feedback: They were so called authorized dealers of Nexus Motors i.e. Chevrolet Pakistan, Karachi and in our opinion, they are responsible for destructing the overall image & market of Chevy in ISB. The team here pretend to be expert & professional especially about chevy. Mr. Aitazaz Niazi is managing the business which is considered to be the only authorized solution for chevy in ISB but the problems everyone complains & experienced by myself as well is their EXTREMELY high & unfair rates, there's no policy for deciding rates and the team here has no technical knowledge. It seems Mr. Niazi has no concern about customer service and what his team is doing there.
Edited: They are no more Alhamdulillah!
Mr. Naveed
Address: I&T center G-10 Islamabad
Contact # 0321-5294274
Feedback: I've never experienced him but came to know that he worked almost for 5 years at Chevy Islamabad Motors & is quite good in his field.
Electrician
Mr. Shahzad
Contact # 03465310054
Address: Shahzad Autos, Street # 1, I-10/3 Islamabad
Feedback: He's a very expert, honest and educated gentleman. Unlike local mechanics/electricians, he is very polite and a mannered guy who works with complete honesty at very reasonable rates. He never demanded unfair charges from me yet. Must give my (Adil) reference if you visit him, I'm sure he'll give you some discount. We need more people like him in the market
Muzammal Chevrolet Center
Address: Shop no. 359. Main Peshawar Road, Near choor chowk, besides NADRA office, Rawalpindi.
Contact # 0336-6667415
Feedback: Mr. Muzammal is a young guy who left from Chevy ISB Motors & started his own business. The guy has expertise in electrical work but be very careful while getting his services. I will not recommend him over the above two.
For AC work
Mr. Abubakar
Address: Universal Car AC, I&T Center, G-8, Islamabad
Contact # 03009192687, 03335527356
Feedback: Very humble, expert and best AC mechanic in twin city. Highly recommended. Give him my (Adil white chevy) reference and I hope he will entertain you well. Since after this post, he got a lot of experience working with chevys. I trust him blindly for all AC related work.

Spare Parts: If you need spare parts, then:
- Try your best to buy genuince parts. Most of the parts of mehran, alto, khyber, cultus, cherry can also be used for chevy Exclusive, Joy & spark but only go for these parts if you can't afford the genuine parts.
- Dont ever forget to buy parts from above mentioned or any other local mechanic, they charge more than double of the original price.
- The best solution is to order your required (genuine) parts from Mr. Sebastian, Nexus Motors, Karachi (www.chevrolet.pk) who is dealing for chevy in Pakistan including imports & parts, etc. They deliver parts to your home address. Here are their contact details:
Mr. Sebastian Oliveira
Nexus Motors, 53C 15th Comm St. Phase 2 Ext DHA, Karachi, Pakistan
Contact # 03002669766, 03222669766
Email: sebastian@chevrolet.pk , chevrolet.pk@gmail.com
If you just has to buy single part or little items then below mentioned info might be useful for all of you, they charge little higher than the price Nexus Motors charge for original parts:
Aziz Auto Store, Rwp
Address: Shop 198A, Adamjee Rd, Massey Gate, Saddar, Rawalpindi
Contact # 051-5568254
Aziz Auto Store, Isb
Address: I & T Centre, Shop 6, Plot 45, G-10 Markaz, G-10, Islamabad 44000
Contact # 0333 5171833
Mr. Shahzad,
Address: Shahzad motors in Hatigate, Rawalpindi
Feedback: I haven't experienced him myself, not known to me.

Kabli Parts
Pak Korea Autos
Adil 03139656787
Waheed Khan: 03215657555
Qazi Niaz Muhammad: 03335419968
Address 1: Ahata Mithu Khan, Adam Jee Road, Opposite Madina Market, Saddar Rawalpindi
Address 2: Near Peerwadhai
There's another shop in the basement of the plaza in front of Pak Korea Autos. Visit both of these shops before buying anything. Don't forget negotiating
I found some info about some shops in Chah Sultan that I never experienced myself yet from another thread:
In Chah Sultan there are 2x dealers who deals wiht the chevy kabuli parts, one sits on the main double road where the mosque lies, 2nd shop in the small gali that leads to the mosque. The other sits, once you cross the second chowk and turns right while your back is facing margallah mountains. I dont have the location since some one told me about him a long ago.
At the end, as said earlier, try to prefer above mentioned mechanics who are expert in chevy cars & above mentioned parts sellers who sells original parts. Otherwise you can use many other car's parts for chevy cars and local mechanics as well but at your own risk.
INSTRUCTIONS
* Alloy Rims are not recommended for Chevy Exclusive. Stay away from alloy rims for better performance
* Usually people use tyre size 165, 65, 13 with chevy. But I will recommend 155, 70, 13. I am not 100% sure what is recommended by the company but i think its closer to 155, 70, 13. If you will use the standard tyre size suggested by the manufacturer, you will get better performance & mileage.
* Dry battery (also called maintenance free battery) is recommended over acid (pani wali) battery. Only buy AC Delco or Hankook's dry batteries.
* For proper care, read manual and maintain your ride accordingly
* Be aware of local mechanics and electricians.
Please share if you have some more solid information in this regard belonging to mechanics & parts providers in Rawalpindi/Islamabad or something to add as instruction here.
Note dated 3 Apr 2021: I have sold my chevy few months ago and no longer maintaining this thread actively. Wish you all a good experience and may you stay safe from the bad mechanics
