Hope you all are doing fine.
What does it mean if plug shows good fuel mixture but you aren’t getting enough mileage?
Please note that petrol is good and quantity is accurate as well.

I used to get 50 km/L, now I’m getting 40 km/L, while the spark plug shows good mixture.

driving style is same?
remember it's carburetor. temperature changes effect the mixture. as summer is coming you might need to lean it a little bit.

Yes driving style is same actually better, I used to rev a lot but now due to increasing fuel expenses I try to stay under economical speed.

I went to mechanic and replaced Air filter today, seems like it got choked within 3-4 weeks and also mechanic adjusted the Air/fuel mixture. However, bike started missing while on constant speed on first/second gear.
I tried adjusting mixture myself, that’s what I did,
1. Rotated idle screw between 1-1.5
2. Closed the fuel screw
3. Started opening screw till I felt hugest RPM
4. Adjusted idle screw to 1000rpm.

Did I do just right or something wrong?

There is a universal setting to adjust mixture
I.e tight the screw (not too much)
Start opening it means rotate it in anti clockwise direction.
Give one complete rotation (360")
One half rotation (180")
Now the next 180" anti clockwise direction to complete the second complete rotation is where idle setting will lie.

I’m facing weird issue since I got engine seals and ring replaced. It seems like bike is asks for 5th gear when I throttle more than half. Also it’s asking for gears pretty early. Like I used to put 4rth gear after 70-80 but now I can’t go above 60 in 3rd gear.
While I’m on any any gear except 1st if I throttle full it vibrates a lot but doesn’t response as it should, so I reduce a throttle a bit bike jerks and engine sound becomes normal. It’s pretty weird for me.
Please help.
I’m using ZIC’s engine oil the one in blue bottle.

No only clutch and pressure plates

Okay I had clutch and pressure plates got replaced.
RPM issues seems to be fixed, but can’t still reach the top speed as I used to before.
Tappets clearance and timing chain is okay.
Any suggestions?

Check the carb and spark plug.
