Salam dears got a cigarette burn mark on my cultus 2014 headliner positioned on ceiling exactly above driver head which looks odd. i need your expert advice on finding practicable solution to overcome the same. Reference of a craftman in Pindi Isalamabad would be further helpful.
Post few pics in closeup. Will be beneficial in assessing the damage done.

Hate to say this but very light and careful scraping with a blade will somewhat reduce the marks but not do wonders.
there must be a solution at least something to make it less conspicuous
Try carpet shampoo.
Use Surf and then Tide Boost. Let it dry. After that used the blade technique very carefully in order to scrape off whatever can. It won't go away but it may become less obvious or conspicuous.
