Cinema for family

Salam guys,
tomorrow i am planning to watch movie with my family. my young cousin insists on watching this movie and since he is very small we cannot send him alone. so all family is going to watch movie. its been a loooong while since i watched a movie with family in lahore. this is coz many cinema (back long) were not suitable for families. can some one be kind enough to guide me to cinema that has family 'mahool'. i dont mind paying high ticket price, but 'awaara' log na hoon.

You should go to Bahria Town Cinema. Their seating is the best plus decent mahol. You can also try DHA Cinema but only on weekdays

thanks for ur reply. i checked online but bahria is not showing fast 5. which one is better, DHA or Township? what are its ticket prices. last time i saw film with work colleagues in Fortress, Sozo cinema. Woh to bilkul family wala cinema nahi hai.

i appreciate your recommendation. the timing is better in that cinema. DHA is showing at 7.30 and cinestart at 8.15. i come home at 6pm. so cinestar seems better option. could you guide me where exactly is it? i will be coming from Ilama Iqbal Town.

i think all the cinema'z are same.
back in 2k5 i went to cinipex (rawalpindi) with 2 other friends and they showed full kissing in an indian movie and on top of it there were hooters also to provide real time entertainment.

i watched RIO in 3D at CineStar...........i'd recommend that to you, plus the 3D experience is great, i wont say mind blowing but still its worth it. But ticket price of 3D movie is Rs 400 with Rs 150 for glasses!!

come straight from Akbar Chowk, u'll see a marriage hall called Al-Jannat Marriage Hall, ask anyone its very famous here then turn left (if ur coming from Akbar Chowk), head straight and u'll see CineStar.

3D is actually awsome experience. Fast Five is not in 3D. I saw Rio in 3D. Anyways, Why didnot any one mentioned Sozo Cinema ?

dha, cinestar (township), cinegold (bahria) and PAF cinema are all good cinemas. Movies are censored mostly but small soft french kiss is usually not censored now a days.All these cinemas have decent crowd. Simple movies ticket are 300/- and 3d is 400 plus 150 for glasses. (i think they refund rs 100 if u return the glasses but i kept mine for latter use). Rio is a good kid option in 3d and if u r going after a long time go for rio in 3d or avatar in 3d.cinestar is the only 3d one and avatar is a 3pm and rio at 6.15pm daily. Fast five is at 8.15pm. gooo for 3d

Cinestar is best for family,because in gallery only families are allowed and no stags.
So best for family is cinestar and Rio 3D is best for family. Bahria is also good but too far. DHA is another good option. Regarding movies, for english you can check the MPAA ratings from web, they will tell you whether a movie is suitable for children or not.A movie having G and PG are best for children and family.You can check the meaning of ratings from here(What Each Rating Means) and individual movie rating and reason for particular rating on yahoo movies or metacritic(Metacritic - Movie Reviews, TV Reviews, Game Reviews, and Music Reviews). Regarding indian movies they don't have ratings and you will have to check from the friends.My ratings for cinemas for family viewing:
1.Cinestar(Township)
2.Cinegold Bahria
3.DHA
