I have recently bought a city 2016, 1.3 prosmatec. It was a first owner car and genuinely 71k driven by the lady of the house. The car was regularly maintained and they got the transmission oil changed at 65k ( seen the receipts ).
The problem I am facing in it is jerking issues in the second gear at low RPMs. That was not noticeable at time of test drive as we checked the car on clear roads. But as I am driving it on daily office route with traffic mostly, normally have to drive it with light foot and on low RPMs when it shifts from first gear to second gear, then it starts jerking. But if I increase the RPMs or totally move my foot off the gas the jerks are gone. But in daily routine rush hours most of the times cannot drive with hard foot. The jerks are similar to a manual car clutch problems. Seems like something is slipping.
Went to a mechanic and he was saying they might have not cleaned the filter as oil was looking dirty. So he recommends changing the oil first. But I wanted to check what else could be the problem if anyone faced similar issues?
